  • AAA Tracker reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account engaged in prohibited activity, without refund.
  • All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with all legal and ethical standards in your jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

AAA Tracker is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with U.S. federal and Florida state data protection laws.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when legally required.
  • We collect only what is necessary to provide our services, including your email address, device ID, and GPS location data.
  • All user data is securely stored on encrypted servers located within the United States.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting info@aaatracker.com.
  • AAA Tracker complies with the data protection regulations of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and applicable state laws.

Legal Disclaimer

AAA Tracker is a technology platform designed exclusively for lawful and responsible use.

  • AAA Tracker is intended solely for tracking authorized devices or individuals for whom you have legal authority (e.g., family members, employees, or company assets).
  • AAA Tracker does not endorse, encourage, or tolerate the use of its services for spying, unauthorized surveillance, covert monitoring, or any illegal purpose.
  • Misuse of this platform is a violation of these Terms of Use and may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both.
  • By using AAA Tracker, you assume full responsibility and legal liability for how the platform is used under your account.
  • AAA Tracker is a U.S.-registered corporation operating under the laws of the State of Florida and U.S. federal law.
  • We reserve the right to audit usage, investigate violations, and suspend accounts that breach these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

Traccar and Third-Party Compliance

AAA Tracker operates its tracking infrastructure in partnership with Traccar, DigitalOcean, and Vultr, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Our operations follow strict compliance standards:

  • We operate in full compliance with the terms and policies of our third-party providers.
  • We do not manipulate or misuse third-party software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • We can migrate our infrastructure to another provider if access or service is restricted—without disrupting service to our users.
  • During any migration or update, all data security and privacy protocols remain in place.

Service Policy and Fair Use

  • Standard plans cover up to 50 devices per client account.
  • Each device may generate up to 1000 location reports/day and 5 email alerts/day under fair use.
  • Exceeding fair-use limits may result in temporary restrictions or additional charges.
  • Historical data retention is 90 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Consent and Mandatory Acceptance

Before completing registration or purchasing any services, you must explicitly agree to these Legal Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. This acknowledgment is a mandatory condition of account activation and continued use of AAA Tracker.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this agreement.
  • You will not use this platform to track or monitor anyone without legal authority or consent.
  • You understand that violations will result in account suspension and may be reported to legal authorities.
